The Company:Key Responsibilities:.

  • Be responsible for the eCommerce strategy ensuring a smooth user experience and consumer journey.
  • Conduct AB testing and lead a process of continuous website development and deployments, reviewing analytics and key reporting.
  • Work with the Product Content and Data Manager to ensure listings are optimised.
  • Create strategies to drive key website metrics (AOV, CR and traffic).
  • Oversee the day to day running of the website, including managing product launches and optimisations for the websites.
  • Carry out SEO best practices across the website to optimise its performance.
  • Conduct trade analysis of website performance, highlighting opportunities to promote best sellers and ensure stock is in place to support this.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the success of the online strategy including the marketing, Product and category teams.
  • Review the brands competitors, highlighting opportunities to have a USP.

  • Strong eCommerce background with a passion for Health/Wellness industry
  • Strong experience across all ecommerce activities including P&L, SEO, affiliates, and influencer marketing
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial Individual
  • Strong German & English speaker to communicate with key stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work cross functionally throughout the business
