  • Lead three teams responsible for Process Architecture & Governance, Process Mining & Optimization as well as Process Technologies
  • Strategically design, manage, and execute business processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and the commercial insurance market’s evolving needs
  • Actively contribute to the (Gen) AI strategy both through thought leadership, ideation and piloting of process support solutions
  • Develop strategies to maintain stakeholder engagement, including periodic reviews, feedback collection, and improvement initiatives
  • Setting guardrails for the definition of common core business processes, setting process modelling standards and ensuring the modelling of common core business processes
  • Effectively leverage data to measure success and identify areas of improvement and lead process optimization projects with cross-functional teams
  • Select, adopt and operate a set of central IT solutions related to processes, esp. robotics process automation solutions and Microsoft Power Platform

  • 10–15 years of experience, with a significant portion working in a leadership position in the corporate and specialty insurance sector, managing business processes and IT solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining business process architecture and optimization
  • Proven expertise in applying IT solutions like Microsoft Power Platform and implementing Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
  • Strong record of achieving operational improvements and cost savings through process changes and advancements
  • A strong understanding of organisational cultures and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams globally
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
