We are seeking an organised and self-motivated Data Analyst to work embedded in our Grow & Engage domain, one of our cross-functional areas to help shape the development of one of the world’s leading FinTech products.

About the opportunity

As a Senior Data Analyst you will enable our Product & Business Segments (Acquire, Memberships and Engagement) in the Growth and Engage domain to make data-driven decisions. You are here to establish a data-mindset and thereby to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will work in a cross functional setup, working closely with other analysts, engineers, designers, and product managers.

In this role, you will:

  • Help us set the right goals:
  • Be a strategic partner for Senior Leadership:Driving end to end high complexity analysis on a strategic level in which the business domain is critical to drive overall company success. Handle stakeholders: Be an internal go-to-person for your teams when it comes to data related questions.
  • Evaluate initiatives:
  • Contribute to self-serve data platform:
  • Provide monitoring tools:
  • Improve data literacy of organisation:
  • Be part of our data-community:

What you need to be successful:

Background:

4+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the Product or Analytics field.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of statistical methods used in the analysis of experimental and observational data.
  • Highly experienced with SQL and Python/R for analytics
  • Experience working with one or more common data visualisation tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Superset, etc)
  • Good presentation skills and communication skills.
  • Having experience in high growth startups managing topics like acquisition, engagement or subscription would be a plus.
  • Having experience in quantitative research would be a plus. Having experience in fintech would be a plus.
