Consultant (f/m/d) – ISTQB Tester – Bank

– Planning, organizing, and executing software tests within the SDLC framework
– Designing and maintaining test cases (test case design) based on functional and non-functional requirements
– Conducting manual and automated tests (manual & automated testing)
– Regression testing to ensure system stability after changes
– Defect analysis, documentation, and tracking (defect management)
– Creating test plans, test documentation, and test reports
– Collaboration with developers, product owners, and QA colleagues in agile Scrum teams
– Using and maintaining test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
– Using scripting languages ​​(e.g., Python, Java) to automate tests

– Proven several years of successful experience in the banking sector or equivalent previous project experience in consulting (at least 4 years)
– ISTQB certification (at least Foundation Level, Advanced Level is also welcome)
– Practical experience in software testing, ideally in both areas: manual and Automated
– Solid knowledge of test planning, test execution, and test documentation
– Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr)
– Understanding of software development processes (SDLC) and quality assurance (QA)
– Experience working with agile methodologies, especially Scrum/Agile Testing
– Good knowledge of at least one scripting language for test automation (e.g., Python, Java)
– Teamwork skills, accuracy, and a high degree of personal responsibility
