Faircado is at the forefront of the sustainable shopping movement, making second-hand the first choice for consumers everywhere. Faircado simplifies the search for quality pre-owned items by aggregating listings from various trusted platforms, ensuring a seamless and eco-conscious shopping experience. We’re building Faircado to disrupt and make circular the €200 Billion resale market in Europe, making the planet a better place at the same time.

Currently, the online second-hand market is fragmented, messy, and time-consuming, so Faircado is creating a movement where the experience of buying second-hand is better than buying new. To date, we’ve built a browser extension that finds second-hand alternatives as you shop online as normal (check it out, it’s pretty cool). We’re on a mission to scale our user-friendly platform to millions of users, making a tangible impact on the environment and consumer habits.

Recognized as Product Hunt’s “Product of the Day” on Black Friday, our innovative approach to second-hand shopping earned us the prestigious title of winner at Slush 100, the largest investment pitching competition of its kind. Tasks

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Focus on TikTok and Short Form Content: Your primary responsibility will be to create and manage engaging short-form content on TikTok and other similar platforms.
  • Content Creation: Be comfortable and confident producing content, including using tools like CapCut, and being in front of the camera. You’ll have the freedom to express unlimited creativity and take full ownership of our TikTok channel.
  • Storytelling: Utilise your natural storytelling skills to create compelling narratives that resonate with Gen Z audiences. Know what makes news and sparks attention.
  • Gen Z Culture: Leverage your understanding of Gen Z culture to enhance our communication strategy and connect with our target audience effectively.

Languages Required: German and English Fluency

  • Understand Trends on TikTok and Reels: Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges, and viral content on TikTok and Instagram Reels to ensure our content stays relevant and engaging.
  • Creativity and Innovation: An unlimited creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas and content formats.
  • Comfort in Front of Camera: Ability to confidently appear in and produce engaging video content.
  • Knowledge of Trends: Strong understanding of current trends on TikTok and Reels.
  • Storytelling Ability: Excellent storytelling and writing skills, with a knack for what captures Gen Z’s attention.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English.
  • Passion for Marketing: A keen interest in marketing and social media, especially in the context of Gen Z culture.
  • Based in Berlin/ or can travel to Berlin to make content!
