We are looking for a Pega (Senior) System Architect (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, at a location of your choice within Germany.

• (Further) development of applications on the Pega platform
• Consulting with stakeholders to understand and analyze their business needs and problems
• Development of customized Pega-based software solutions, tailored to their complex business processes
• Management of small to medium-sized development teams and streams as well as further development of less experienced colleagues in the team
• Continuous identification and conception of process and solution optimizations
• Supporting our customers in the implementation and rollout of software

• Successfully passed Pega certification(s) as (Senior) System Architect
• Professional experience in this environment
• Very good time management and ability to work independently, even with complex customer requirements
• Team player with great initiative and enjoy working in agile project teams
• Knowledge of build chains and test automation is advantageous
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Business fluent in written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
• Confident and customer-oriented
