Your

  • Maintain and ensure the quality of your crew’s L2 dashboards and related KPIs, ensuring alignment with contract compliance and minimizing incidents.
  • Manage the lifecycle of all data products in Metabase, including decommissioning unused dashboards, aiming for less than 5% unused dashboards weekly.
  • Increase the weekly usage of Metabase to 80% within your crew.
  • Prepare deep dives together with crew leads and ensure they use the forecasting product as the primary source of truth, achieving high CSAT scores for data insights.
  • Help crew leads forecast accurately in 90% of cases.
  • Ensure the Metabase structure is organized and easy to navigate.
  • Take responsibility for the correctness of data, regardless of the origin of any issues.
  • Be a key resource for team members to improve their ability to read and interpret data effectively

  • You have extensive experience as a Data Anaylst or in a similar role, maintaining dashboards and KPIs (5+ years of experience).
  • You have advanced proficiency in managing data products in Metabase or similar platforms.
  • You have a strong understanding of data lifecycle management, including cleaning up and decommissioning unused assets.
  • You have analytical skills and pay attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills to support crew leads and team members in understanding and using data.
  • You have the ability to combine technical data expertise with domain-specific knowledge.
  • You are fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required)
