Your mission Head of Brand As our Senior PR & Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice of CoachHub across public channels – amplifying our brand narrative, building meaningful media relationships, and creating social content that sparks conversations. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, playing a key role in shaping how the world sees and engages with CoachHub. As part of the Brand team, you’ll manage our external agencies and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders – including C-level leaders and in-house experts – to drive global visibility, credibility Key Responsibilities ity, and community.
- Craft and execute a global PR strategy that supports business priorities and builds brand awareness in key markets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists and influencers
- Own all PR operations, from crafting press releases and media pitches to coordinating interviews, thought leadership, and speaker opportunities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to proactively identify and elevate impactful stories
- Manage sensitive topics with grace, agility, and aligned messaging and avoid crisis
- Develop and implement a data-driven, multi-channel social strategy that enhances brand visibility and engagement
- Ideate compelling, on-brand content that reflects our mission, celebrates our community, and keeps us top of mind
- Oversee social media planning, content calendar, community management, and reporting
- Partner with internal experts and coaches to bring authentic, expert voices to our channels
- Monitor trends and performance to continuously refine and evolve our approach
- Position CoachHub as a category leader by amplifying executive visibility, scientific credibility, and client success stories
- Create strategic campaigns aligned with key milestones such as product launches, funding, partnerships, and reports in collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g. PMM)
- Own award submissions, podcast participation, guest articles, and external communications that elevate CoachHub’s brand authorit

Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in PR, communications, and/or social media, ideally in a B2B or tech scale-up environment. Experience in the field of HR or people development is a huge plus.
- Proven track record of driving PR campaigns that land media coverage and increase brand visibility
- Experience running high-impact, multi-channel social strategies – from planning to execution and reporting
- Proficiency with Interview briefings for executives
- Experience in coordination with Internal Comms Team in regards with employer branding/other initiatives
- Strong network of media contacts is a plus
- Fluency in Englishproficiency in German and/or French
