Job Description

We’re looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Workplace System Engineer to join our team!

In this role, you’ll have the chance to show your technical skills and creativity while managing workplace services and device management in our environment. If you have 3-5 years of experience and expertise in Intune, Jamf, and scripting, we want to hear from you!

Bonus points if you have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, and GitHub for version control and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage Windows, macOS, and Linux workplace environments.
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows devices, Jamf for macOS, and Linux management platforms.
  • Manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Automate device configurations and patch management using PowerShell and Bash.
  • Administer software deployment and security policies via Intune and Jamf.
  • Support M365 services, particularly Intune, for mobile and desktop device management.
  • Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar for workplace automation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to workplace applications and devices.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in workplace engineering or endpoint management.
  • Experience with AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop)
  • Strong knowledge of software deployment, security policies, compliance and experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Intune and Jamf management tools; Linux client management is a plus.
  • Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, with knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation templates.
  • Skilled in scripting with PowerShell and Bash, with familiarity in Python or other languages as a plus.
  • Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment would be a plus.

  • Business fluent English
