Technical Writer (f/m/d)
The position we’re looking to fill is for a full -time, permanent contract at our headquarters we work with many other cultures across different time zones.

in Stuttgart . You’ll join a team of talented writers who work together with developers, quality engineers, and product owners to create and manage content for various software solutions developed by ‘ll Be Doing
• Review and assess existing documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams and subject matter experts to understand tool functionalities and use cases.
• Restructure existing documentation to improve readability and ease of understanding.
• Rewrite content to be more use-case oriented, providing clear instructions and explanations that address user needs.
• Identify gaps in the documentation and collaborate with appropriate teams to fill them.
• Develop and provide examples and how-to guides to illustrate the usage of different features and processes.
• Update and improve documentation by incorporating user feedback and industry best practices.
• Migrate the improved documentation to GitHub.
• Align with

area to understand our strategy and guidelines.
What We Expect
• You have a university-level qualification in technical communication or another language-related field, or you have a similar professional qualification.
• You’re fluent in English (understanding of German is preferable but not essential).
• You have demonstrable experience maintaining and creating sets of documentation and other user-assistance deliverables for a global audience.
• You’re willing to explore new technologies, you grasp technical concepts quickly, and you can communicate them clearly.
• You have strong organizational skills and can work independently to establish your own goals and priorities, as well as those of your team.
• You’re continuously looking to improve and optimize your working processes.
Bonus points if:
• You have experience of the software development lifecycle and agile processes.
• You’re familiar with the DITA standard and Markdown.
• You have a working knowledge of HTML

• You can read and understand code samples in popular languages such as Python and JavaScript.
