What you can expect from us
The Human Resources Department of the Customer Solutions resort within E.ON is providing end to end HR services to several subsidiaries. We are a dynamic and diverse team, consisting of experts and generalists from different HR fields who support more than 1200 employees and line managers, focusing on providing our people with the best experience while working at E.ON. The Customer Solutions resort offers tailored energy solutions for heating, cooling, power generation and energy efficiency to private, commercial but also municipal customers to reduce their carbon emissions.

During the program, you’ll have the chance to work in different functional placements mainly across Human Resources departments in the Customer Solutions resort (e.g. Business Partnering, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Controlling)

Besides you’ll complete each at least one cross-functional and international placement

Moreover, we offer you the opportunity to gain global insights into E.ON’s business with a focus on city energy solutions or large scale business solutions and energy markets across Europe (e.g. Sweden, United Kingdom)
What we expect from you

You have an above average Bachelor’s degree in the field of Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience or a respective Master’s degree

Enthusiasm for collaboration, teamwork and customer satisfaction characterizes you

You are fluent in English and willing to learn German
-
Ideally you have gained international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships, or volunteer work
-
Your initial knowledge in HR Processes, HR IT applications and innovative learning methods would be ideal
-
You can contribute with empathy, strong solution- and customer-oriented thinking in addition to the ability to build meaningful relationships

An open mind who likes to take on responsibility is what we are looking for to develop even further with you
An already existing residence and work permit for Germany are not necessarily required.
