Your team’s primary responsibility within administration and coordinationYou will become the team’s focal point and key responsible within administration and coordination of certificates, licenses, and similar business critical documentation. You will work across the total product lifecycle and be in contact with multiple colleagues including product development specialists, factories, and Sales functions in the local affiliates. Your primary tasks will be to:Administrate test reports and certificates in our Approval Database – v lidity, expiration dates etc.Administrate Supplier DeclarationManage our Regulatory mailbox – handle requests from supply chain, sales companies, factories etc.Coordinate activities with local sales companies to support obtaining of local certifications.Reporting into external authority databases.Review compliance documentation before products is released for production – with back up from experienced specialists in the team.Provide specification of regulatory requirements to colleagues in product development You will also play an important role in developing our database setup together with specialist colleagues from IT. Another on-going task will be to promote the team’s capabilities to stakeholders across the global Nilfisk organization. Your new teamYou will join a team of 5 experienced and dedicated Regulatory Professionals, situated in Denmark (Hadsund), the US and Mexico. You will report into the Director, Head of Regulatory, Preben Hosbond situated in Hadsund. Our focus is to monitor, assess and translate regulatory requirements into workable processes – and at the same time ensure compliance with all applicable product regulations and laws. We work in an informal atmosphere characterized by mutual trust, knowledge sharing and room for having a good time together. A structured learning-oriented administrator Most likely you have a technical and/or administrative education. This is backed by a couple of years’ experience from working with coordination and administration and/or Quality. If you have experience with product certifications it will be beneficial. As the documentation is in English, you must be fluent in English. Our internal overview and data are in excel; thus, we imagine that you have great experience using in excel. To succeed, you will need all your overview and attention to details – and your derived ability to provide structure while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
