Define Aeyde’s overall wholesale strategy as well as develop seasonal strategies for each market
Further buildout of Aeyde’s sales acquisition & internationalisation
Deepen Aeyde’s retail representation in the EU market (DACH, UK, Scandinavia)
Drive entry into key markets such as US and Asia while leading negotiations in line with the company goals and connecting Aeyde with top tier stores and presenting the line during fashion market (Paris, NY etc.)
Lead market preparations and showroom activities
Lead the after sales process by managing and recruiting the future sales team
Oversee sales support activities by aligning and negotiating marketing activities with B2B partners
7+ year professional work experience in the area of sales within the luxury fashion industry
Proven team management skills are a plus
Academic degree in relevant subject matter
National & international, relevant and leverageable network of sales contacts within the fashion industry
Excellent organization, communication and project management skills
Excellent communication skills in English
A proactive and efficient team player
Remote work is possible
