ABOUT US
remberg is a fast-growing start-up based in Munich. Founded in 2018 as a spin-off from TU Munich & CDTM, we use AI to bring service, operations, and maintenance of all kinds of industrial assets, such as machines and equipment, to a completely new level. We have raised €14 million in funding from investors such as Earlybird, Speedinvest, Fly Ventures, and angel investors including the founders of Personio and Celonis. Our 100+ customers, e.g. Kärcher, ams OSRAM, Liqui Moly, Edding, and Knuspr manage over 1 million assets – making sure that digital transformation in the industrial world becomes a reality.
As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d) , you are responsible for growing our kickass team – we expect to roughly double in size in 2025, which means you will lead the charge on finding and catching the next generation of rembears! You will be the face of remberg towards all applicants. You will be responsible for setting up a scalable talent acquisition process and strategy, ensuring best in class candidate experience, while also hands-on recruiting key hires in product, design & engineering or go-to-market roles.
- You own and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for a variety of our critical-to-fill roles at remberg, by sourcing, screening and coordinating with candidates, while ensuring an amazing candidate experience
- You partner and coordinate with external recruitment partners to support your activities where necessary
- You work closely with hiring managers and your talent acquisition colleagues to design exciting candidate experiences as well as efficient and effective internal processes based on thorough understanding of the different role and team fit requirements
- You develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates in the industry, including identifying pain points and implementing improvement strategies for active sourcing and candidate pipeline management
- You drive and collaborate with the team on projects to further strengthen and develop the talent acquisition function at remberg (e.g. development of role-specific scorecards, tracking candidate NPS, hiring manager trainings, employer branding campaigns, etc.)
You are looking for a challenging, fast-paced environment and have already proven in a similar position that you can work independently in a data-driven, highly reliable and structured manner.
- You bring 4+ years of end to end talent acquisition experience, preferably in an international, dynamic environment or recruitment agency
- You have a strong track record of successfully recruiting high-quality candidates for product, design and engineering roles as well as for go-to-market roles
- You bring experience and vision for how to best set up and scale sourcing, selection and closing processes in a fast-growing startup focussed on high-quality candidates
- You are ambitious and proactive, yet pragmatic and able to focus on the important things in a high-pace environment, while also being highly reliable and applying high attention to detail where it counts
- You enjoy approaching candidates and through your empathetic nature can quickly build rapport with them and create excitement
- You are able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understand their requirements quickly and act as a strong advisor
- You exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills in English and fluency in German both in your interaction with candidates as well as with internal stakeholders
- You think analytically, take data-driven decisions and are always looking for ways to improve existing processes and methods
