Junior Customer Service Specialist (f/m/d) Logistics
Germany, Oberhausen • full-time, mobile working • temporary (can be turned into a permanent employment contract)

  • You ensure exclusive customer service and are the first contact person for our B2B customers.
  • You will receive customers and customs control staff at the Oberhausen site.
  • As the connection between the warehouse and customers, you ensure smooth communication and drive forward logistical adjustments.
  • In the area of import and export, you will support the processing of customs documents and other simple administrative tasks.
