Your mission

About the Role

You’ll be at the forefront of our CRM initiatives, steering and implementing projects that optimize customer journey management and automate marketing and sales processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in segmenting our customer base, allowing us to invest more in automated touchpoints through email, Les Lunes App, and push notifications.

As a member of our Growth Team, you will actively contribute to the successful growth of our company and make our products accessible to a wider audience.

Trend Monitoring:

At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a CRM Manager, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Proven expertise in developing and implementing complex, automated communication strategies and user journeys, as well as hands-on experience with predictive intelligence and AI-driven campaigns.

Strong technical understanding, particularly in setting up and optimizing automated email journeys and marketing campaigns, paired with a passion for eCommerce.

Data-driven mindset with exceptional skills in data analysis and interpretation to inform and refine marketing strategies.

Excellent linguistic sensitivity for crafting precise and impactful campaign messaging.

Sharp eye for compelling content and visually appealing designs that resonate with target audiences.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, and Google Analytics, and routine familiarity with common CRM tools, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows.

Fluent in German (C1) and English, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication in an international setting.
