As (m/f/d) you will play a central role in the liquidity management and cashflow monitoring as part of Ratepay’s overall financing stra

Reporting

  • You prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for financing banks
  • You manage group-level reports, including cash flow, financing, and interest reporting
  • You take responsibility for internal reporting, including compliance monitoring, preparation of liquidity analysis for management, and incident handling

Cash Management

  • You manage liquidity, including cash pooling, daily payouts, and manual payments
  • You perform short-term cash forecasting
  • You administer bank accounts, including account creation and maintenance

Relationship Management

  • You serve as the primary contact for banks and financial institutions
  • You manage relationships with service providers

Project Management

  • You drive and support ongoing treasury projects

  • You already have 2-5 years of experience in treasury operations
  • You have demonstrated experience in cash management
  • You have strong project management skills
  • You bring excellent communication abilities in English
  • You have knowledge of bank account structures and payment formats
  • You have proven reporting experience to banks and other external and internal stakeholders
  • You bring previous experience with financing/debt structures
  • Familiarity with cash management tools such as Serrala is a plus
  • Understanding of Buy-Now-Pay-Later, Factoring, and/or White Label Payment Solutions is an advantage
  • You bring a strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • You have business fluent English skills and good German round off your profile

Step 4: Coffee chat (optional)

This step doesn’t occur in every process, it depends on the role.

The coffee chat would generally take place with either a senior stakeholder from the business area you are joining such as a C-level leader or Head of department, or in some cases with a Senior HRBP.
