We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Manager Wholesale Business Planning to support the sales team in maximizing our revenue within the wholesale channel. Working along side the wholesale team and Chief Commercial Officer this role will enhance data driven decision making through optimizing the reporting landscape and the end to end planning process on account level pre and post sales markets. This role will be an integral part in preparing analytics and insight to help strategic planning preparation.

  • Own the end-to-end planning process in preparation for our sales market, including forecasting, preparing presentations for our top key accounts, and briefing the sales team on budgets by account.
  • Take over the responsibility for all wholesale planning tools and optimize them according to the needs of the wholesale team and Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Be the main counterpart during market season in order to help the sales team achieve their budget goals.
  • Hold responsibility for post-market insights summaries on sell-in performance and brief this back to our collection merchandising team and global planning.
  • Be on top of the in-season performance management (e.g., re-orders, swaps, etc.) and prepare executive summaries as needed, sharing these with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Work on detailed product performance reports for the wholesale channel that continuously feed back into our collection brief.
  • Implement a weekly/monthly/seasonal wholesale reporting landscape that gives the sales team insights into sell-out performance at the account level.
  • Work cross functionally with the collection merchandising team, global planning team, and finance team.

  • 5+ years of experience in a wholesale merchandising or wholesale-related role within the fashion industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to create clarity with analytical insights and easily digestible data overviews.
  • Ability to work alongside company priorities and generate the right analytical insights at the right time to help teams achieve their goals.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, and familiarity with wholesale platforms such as Joor.
