  • As part of the International Sales Management team, you will actively contribute to strategically important corporate projects related to products and sales, and drive the development of new and international sales channels
  • You will be responsible for international knowledge exchange and will independently manage all activities related to building and maintaining insurance-specific knowledge across our 20 ARAG countries
  • You will analyze the performance of international sales units and identify areas for improvement
  • As part of the regular reporting to the Executive Board and Management, you will provide updates on business development in the international insurance market and ARAG subsidiaries
  • As a (Junior) Project Manager (m/f/d), you will work closely with international sales managers from all ARAG countries and with the International Product team
  • You will support the development of international sales partnerships and foster cross-country collaboration, for example through online sessions and international workshops

  • You have completed a Bachelor or (ideally) Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field with an international focus
  • Ideally, you have gained initial professional experience or completed internships in the areas of insurance, financial services, or consulting
  • First international experience, either through studies or work, is highly desired
  • You possess strong analytical and strategic skills, along with a high level of goal orientation and proactiveness
  • You have excellent numerical skills combined with strong communication abilities
  • Ideally, you speak both German and English fluently; additional foreign languages are also an advantage
  • You have excellent MS Office skills; knowledge of other software (e.g., Power BI, R) is also a plus
