Core Responsibilities
In this 12-month position as Transformation Manager, you will take the lead of three main responsibility areas covering:
Strategic Deliverable:

Lead the internal Operational Technology Transformation project aiming to establish a robust foundation for Operational Technology (OT) by focusing on standardized processes, efficient ways of working and comprehensive documentation.

Establish governance model to define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities and processes around OT ways of working.

Establish clear and accessible documentation for all OT-related activities.

Implement consistent & standardizes processes, guidelines and best practices across OT and in collaboration with external parties.

Support the development and delivery of the Automation & Digitalization (A&D) projects.
Transformation & Change Management:

Responsible for leading the holistic change management journey by addressing the behavioral shift required for adopting new practices.

Design and lead the transformational journey of new ways of working within manufacturing affecting shopfloor workers.

Design and lead the communication strategy across operations.

Work to create a collaborative culture across functions, making the agenda clear to all parties concerned.
Innovation Management:

Build a more agile work process to remove roadblocks and establish the right critical metrics and attitude to support it.

Develop a data-driven approach to provide cross-organizational transparency of the progress towards delivering this and the continuous business value creation.
Play your part in our team succeeding
The Operational Technology (OT) Enabling department is responsible for building a stronger enabling function for OT with key focus on competencies to deliver on Automation & Digitalization (I4.0), the OT debt program and LEAN. We are responsible for:

Developing and driving change management

Communication, and strategy execution through OT project management

Process development and LEAN capability building.
The objective of the Transformation Manager is to support the automation agenda in LEGO Operations with a Project management, LEAN and Agile mindset focused on building a solid and scalable organizational foundation for the Operational Technology organization.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years’ experience within Manufacturing, Automation, Engineering or equivalent from an international organization. Most importantly, you bring proven Project Management experience, great Stakeholder Management skills and solid automation/operations foundation. Furthermore, you have:

Minimum a MSc degree in Manufacturing/Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain or a similar educational field.

Experience in leading cross organizational and transformational programs/projects within a global manufacturing environment.

Experience in continuous improvement, driving Operational Excellence & Productivity dialogues and actions within an international organization.

Proven project-leading skills with global (non-hierarchical) teams, with demonstrated ability to influence, develop, mentor, and provide support effectively. Worked in a highly matrix environment with large cross-functional teams.

Demonstrates initiative and innovation to successfully lead transformation efforts, develop and empower staff to implement change, problem-solve effectively, and successfully address changing business conditions.

Highly skilled communicator: professional verbal and written communication, comprehensive, clear, direct, and accurate.

Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
