How to contribute to our visionFor our Onshore Product Integration team, we are looking for an experienced Certification Technical Project Manager to support the certification projects in the context of Research & Development related to Wind Turbine under IECRE and regional (e.g., CE-Marking, UL, CSA, and others) requirements.The Onshore Product Integration team is reporting to the Head of the Platform. Platform owns the end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management, provisioning product design and development of turbines, Product Certification, Configuration, Performance and Cost.Responsibilities include:· Analyzing the product roadmap and design specification and deploying certification strategy for the platform baseline products (and their variants).· Define and execute Certification Plan, interfacing with design teams (and certification bodies where applicable).· Secures the Certificates within the defined project requirements (e.g., cost, time, quality, functionality)· Take a lead on the ensuring that product complies with the regional requirement (as required by Product design specification, PDS)· Ensure that the certification deliverables are aligned and documented as specified in What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:· BSc or MSc in Engineering· A minimum of 2 years of experience with certification of product or component· Knowledge on project management tools· Ability to communicate (both in verbal and written) fluently in English.· Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, team management and highly proactive.· Ability to learn and adopt to change.· Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines.We are also looking for…A highly pragmatic, committed and resolutive person with experience in leading and managing multicultural and diverse teams, with a client, quality, and delivery-determined orientation.Excellent driving and communication skills are to be observed, as well as capabilities for agreements facilitation, motivation to drive technical issues until their solution, pro-activeness, andanalytical and sharp logical thinking. Experience in mechanical design processes, virtual product management, system engineering and risk management. Preferable with Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Industrial/Mechatronics background.We imagine that you have previously worked or currently working in the wind industry, oil and gas, automotive or aeronautics for at least 3 years as an engineer.
