Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audits of operational processes and project management methodologies.
- Evaluate the alignment of projects with the strategic objectives of Uniper’s growth program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Analyse project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure optimal delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, cost savings, and enhanced project outcomes.
- Clearly communicate audit findings, recommendations, and action plans to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corrective measures and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, operational standards, and project management best practices.
- Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, operations, or related roles.
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German.
