Lead Engineer Plant Design (f/m/x)
- Coordination of internal and external interfaces worldwide
- Supervision in the creation of the detail-design
- Preparation of studies and analysis
- Support and advice for project planning in the preparation of offers
- Supporting the workshop, suppliers, design offices, construction site and customers
- Concepts/specifications for commissioning
- Providing technical support during sales
- Further development and cost optimisation conceptually and constructively based on the requirements of product management
- Participation in claims management process regarding plant design issues
- Leading and mentoring a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and motivation within the group
- Degree in mechanical engineering
- Good knowledge in AVEVA E3D, NAVIS Works and Autocad
- Fluent in English and German
- Flexible to travel also internationally
- Target orientated
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant design works
- Execution of minimum 3 projects as Lead Engineer (Plant Design)
- Experience on construction sites (desirable)
