Our current
NC PROGRAMMER (M/F/D)
- Creation, setup, and optimization of NC programs for the production of turning-milling components
- Drawing verification and change management
- Feasibility analysis for new and existing parts
- Creation of work plans and production specifications based on economic guidelines
- Setup of tools and clamping devices
- Execution of machine acceptance tests and training sessions, both in-house and at the customer’s site
- Documented handover of NC machines to the customer
- Communication with customers and suppliers
- Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d), or equivalent
- Relevant professional experience in mechanical engineering preferred
- Solid knowledge of CNC programming, machine operation and setup; experience with SIEMENS Sinumerik 840D and/or ONE is a plus
- Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driver’s license
- Independent, goal-oriented, efficient, and responsible working style
- Practical working knowledge of English
