- Provide consultation to customers on AM PM products. Be available on the corporate phone number daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and answer incoming calls
- Respond to customer inquiries on marketplaces and the online store
- Handle complaints regarding orders on marketplaces and the online store
- Process shipments on the transportation company website
- Perform administrative tasks for the online store
- Fluent German and English languages
- Availability to be always reachable on the corporate phone number
- High learning ability – ability to understand the details of a technically complex product such as plumbing and be ready to answer any questions
