Private Wealth Management (PWM) secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client’s particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services.

YOUR IMPACT
Successful applicant will be a key member of the COO Team, responsible for assisting the COO in implementing regulatory change, strategic initiatives and efficiencies into the PWM business.
The role will include:
- Involvement in the requirements, design, scoping and implementation of key projects and initiatives to meet regulatory obligations and make strategic enhancements to the PWM business
- Collecting, analysing and presenting data to support the COO and key stakeholders in project decision-making
- Working closely with and communicating effectively with key stakeholders to help develop and implement PWMs growth strategy and change within the business
- Representing the PWM business in project working groups. Workstream lead on larger programs of work.
- Identifying operational risks to the business within projects
- Developing the PWM platform to align with PWMs growth strategy
The employee will have a strong stakeholder relationship with PWM Business, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Engineering and other functional teams, who they work with closely with on the above processes.
- 1-3+ years’ relevant experience, in a comparable role preferably including project management/regulatory change/consulting
- Fluency in English is required for this role
- Have a strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills, data analysis skills, and able to provide creative & innovative solutions
- Proven experience in building and managing senior stakeholder relationships, and influencing them to focus on the key problems and outcomes
- Drive to execute, ability to collaborate and learn from others in the team and deliver high quality deliverables
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral; confident in interaction with senior stakeholders
