For our project team in Berlin , we are looking forproject assistant / commercial employee (m/f/d) for the insulation divisiona at TL Concept GmbH as soon as possible.
As a company with over 200 permanent employees, we have many years of experience in handling large-scale projects in the areas of insulation, fire protection, sheet metal processingventilation technology.
- Preparing and updating project documents and documentation
- Preparation of measurements for invoicing the construction work carried out
- Very good organization of the business process by means of a structured filing system
- Preparation of and collaboration in the compilation of service specifications
- Support in the project process/construction site process
- Collaboration in the month-end closing
- Managing correspondence with external business partners and reviewing and distributing incoming correspondence
- Preparatory work for site management (plans, site information)
- Personnel applications
- General processing
- Completed training in the commercial sector
- Knowledge of project work
- Experience in the activities, processes and background of the construction industry, especially in insulation, is an advantage
- You have a very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and are not afraid to quickly familiarize yourself with other specialist IT procedures
