Where will you be working?

We are looking for a Project Manager (f/m/d) for the Munich location (TRUST Promotion GmbH, Schleißheimer Str. 156, 80979 Munich) – TRUST Promotion with locations in Munich and Berlin provides personnel for trade fairs, congresses and events as well as for roadshows in the field of promotion.   • Independent project planning, management and control as well as cost calculation
  • Staff recruitment/planning/provision (hostesses, promoters, helping hands, service staff)
  • Management of pitch and briefing processes including presentation to the client
  • Coordination of suppliers or external partners
  • Support in the organisation and implementation of castings and training courses
  • Handling and logistics of promotional and event equipment and clothing
  • Database maintenance
  • Timely billing management with our customers and suppliers

  • Initial practical experience in the agency sector (personnel, events)
  • know how to deal with people, have sensitivity and the right instincts
  • Excellent written, spoken and formal German
  • Very communicative, organisational talent, committed, positive presence & appearance
  • Knowledge of English
  • Fun and pleasure in dealing with staff
  • stress-resistant, resilient
  • Experience as a host/ess, promoter, service employee
  • Driving licence
  • Experience with Mac OS an advantage
