Our family-run company based in Haren (Ems), Germany, is growing at a fast pace and we are actively looking for qualified and dedicated team players to join us locally, internationally and beyond.We are currently looking for a Project Manager Offshore (m/f/x) for ELA Container Offshore GmbH.

  • Independent management of offshore projects (average project duration of approx. 4 to 5 years)
  • Responsibility for the project outcome from technical clarification to acceptance
  • Definition of the project strategy, planning of the project phases as well as dedicated implementation of the project taking into account technical, economic and time aspects
  • Technical leadership of the project team of engineers and technicians, definition of corresponding work packages as well as commissioning of external subcontractors
  • Reporting to the management
  • Project controlling in cooperation with commercial project management

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, shipbuilding or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in managing projects in the field of technical plant construction
  • Independent working style, good communication and team skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • High willingness to travel to construction sites in Europe, the Middle East and Asia
