As a Recruiting and Employee Experience Manager (m/f/d) at DAVID, your mission is to enhance our People & Culture operations, ensuring a continuous development of the employee experience to attract and retain talent. Your expertise in HR talent acquisition and employee experience practices and your dedication to our team, will be instrumental in helping us hit the right notes as we progress in our journey.

Aufgaben

  • Enriching Experiences: Lead pivotal function of employee experience from recruiting to offboarding, with a particular focus on developing our onboarding culture and practices forward
  • Drive talent acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees, with freelance recruiter on active sourcing, and on the creation and publication of job ads in various portals
  • Data-driven improvements: Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans, track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire, Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Employer branding: Help to build a strong employer brand and ensure that DAVID becomes the employer of choice in our niche Audio and Radio industry through various activities
  • Team up cross-functionally: Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods

  • Recruiting: First experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role, Hands-on experience with job sites like LinkedIn and Stepstone, Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, bestacase with Personio
  • Communication: Clear and effective written and verbal stakeholder-communications skills, ensuring everyone is informed and onboard
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a healthy stable industry while continuously adapting HR practices to meet evolving needs from transformative company and employees
