- No cold calling – you’ll receive pre-qualified customer leads from our Pre-Sales team.
- You are the voice of the DR SMILE brand, guiding our patients through to contract completion.
- You’ll conduct expert consultations and sales conversations regarding our aligners.
- You’ll manage the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- You’ll work toward clear sales targets, supported by an attractive commission model.
- With comprehensive onboarding and regular training, you’ll continuously develop your sales skills.
- Ideally, you have experience in customer consulting or sales, preferably in telesales.
- You have an exceptional talent for sales and see a “no” as motivation to keep pushing forward.
- You’re highly self-motivated with the drive to reach ambitious goals.
- You show a high level of initiative in consistently improving your sales skills.
- You’re a natural communicator, fluent in Dutch, with basic knowledge of English.
