- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build, maintain an manage strong relationships with key customers and negotiatecontracts or frame agreements
- Analyze market and competitor data to identify new opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team (DACH and Benelux) to achieve business objectives.
- Further develop the sales department and create new sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments, especially the COO organization, toensure growth and consistently increase a profitable order income.
- Plan the budget in accordance with the Interroll targets and the Vice President Sales EMEA
- Successfully completed studies in Business administration, engineering or comparable qualification.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of Sales in a manufacturing company with a global orientation.
- Minimum one year experience in a Leadership role.
- Deep technical knowledge is mandatory; experience in the intralogistics market is an advantage.
- Knowledge in a CRM tool like C4C, MS dynamics, sales force etc.
- Goal-oriented, resilient and assertive
- Experienced Leadership personality with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in German and English at least at C1 level, additional foreign languages are an advantage.
