Currently, we are fully focused on ALAIKA Advisory — our consulting practice dedicated to financial services.

Founded in October 2022 by Johanna von Geyr (build-up and led Financial Services Practice for a NASDAQ listed strategy consultancy) and Harald Braunstein (serial entrepreneur with exits incl. IPO), we bring together the best of two worlds: deep functional domain expertise and networks in global Financial Services, along with a proven track record in building, scaling, and investing in leading software product companies.

The Role

You are a strategic talent partner who builds systems, opens doors, and ensuresevery hire raises the bar.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager you own the full talent lifecycle: finding, attracting, and closing exceptional people at every level, while building the infrastructure and employer brand that makes ALAIKA a magnet for top international talent.

You’ll Work On

  • End-to-End Recruiting: Own the full cycle from crafting sharp job profiles to closing and onboarding outstanding hires.
  • Active Sourcing: Build and run your own sourcing engine across LinkedIn Recruiter and beyond. Find people who aren’t looking.
  • Process & Automation: Continuously improve our hiring machine — ATS workflows, AI-assisted screening, structured interviews — to get faster and sharper with every hire.
  • Candidate Experience: Make every touchpoint count. Build a journey candidates talk about and a talent network that compounds over time.
  • University & Partnerships: Open doors to top universities and build pipelines for emerging/junior talents.
  • ALAIKA Ambassador: You and your team are the first face candidates see. Make it count and represent our values, energy, and ambition.

Required Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: Full-cycle recruiting in a high-pressure, hyper-selective environment — e.g. contributed to scaling a tech company from 50 to 200+ FTEs (Series A → C) or a PE buy-and-build. Proven track record of landing exceptional, international talent.
  • Network & Reach: Moves comfortably across worlds — from MBB partners and C-suite executives to top-tier candidates at target universities. Opens doors at every level.
  • Technology Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter at scale. You don’t just use tools, you build scalable systems around them.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner effectively with senior leadership. Challenge the status quo, don’t just take briefs.
  • Growth Mindset: Deep curiosity for people. Listen sharply. Thrive on challenges, learn from setbacks, and never never stop moving forward or ever give up.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven by default. Use metrics to optimize, not just report.
