Your Role

As SEO Project Manager you will work across Razor’s entire brand portfolio to identify, evaluate and execute on new SEO and content strategies. You will work hand-in-hand with our Organic Growth Team, Creatives and Brand Managers to analyze new product listing strategies and bring them to market quickly. In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial role, you will make a substantial contribution to accelerate Razor’s organic sales growth and join a winning team that is building Europe’s next generation consumer goods giant.

Your responsibilities will include:

*Master and own all SEO processes, including keyword anaylsis, copy creation and localisation across multiple channels (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Target)Coordinate a team of 10+ across different locations

  • *Understand how to attract and engage potential customers and boost brand awareness with quality content on the Amazon marketplace and other channels
  • *Define and optimize our SEO strategy and its KPIs by implementing A/B tests, running competitor analyses and strategize with other functional teams (e.g. Commercial, Creative, PPC)
  • *Closely track and report KPIs post-launch , making rapid adjustments, where helpful to ensure a successful performance
  • *Optimize efficiency within SEO processes and establish KI automation workflows to grow faster

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • Have 2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced startup, top-tier consulting firm or marketing/product management role at an e-commerce/FMCG company
  • Have a bachelors (or masters) degree in a relevant field (marketing, e-commerce, business, economics etc.)
  • Are passionate about e-commerce, online retail/brands and their growth potential
  • Thrive in an extremely dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, enjoy working independently and have the willingness to learn in challenging / fast paced environments
  • Enjoy project management and business partnering, collaborating with Design, Commercial, Operations and Tech teams
  • Are a sharp analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to think through problems end-to-end
  • Enjoy and possess solid project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and think through problems end-to-end
  • Fluency in German is a plus, but not required
  • Experience in rendering, web design and/or video editing is a plus, but not required
