  • You are responsible for all activities at our logistics site and ensure continuous business growth and long-term relationships with our local customer
  • You promote the development and implementation of all activities at the location
  • You create annual site plans, interim reports, and reports directly to management
  • Lead initiatives to effectively meet or exceed requirements, and customer expectations
  • You manage a large team of 100 FTEs
  • You orchestrate over 200 trucks per day
  • You prepare the entity’s budget and manage P&L

  • You have broad logistical background knowledge, preferably in the area of support chains or the areas of automated logistics, distribution centres, or warehouses
  • You have solid experience in managing large logistics operations
  • You can lead change processes to increase performance, productivity, and flexibility
  • You enjoy working in a diverse and international environment and getting the best out of your employees
  • You know how to strike a balance between the interests of the company, the customer, and our employees
  • You speak both German and English fluently
