Description

  • Construction supervision of cost, scheduling, performance scope and quality aspects
  • Coordination and control of the construction site
  • Support / supervision of planning performance phases 3 – 5 HOAI
  • Supervision of procurement processes for hiring subcontractor
  • calculation of building services and preparation of bills of quantities
  • Participation in customer meetings and company presentations
  • Support of projects during the guarantee period

  • Completed studies of building service engineering / technician / master craftsman or comparable technical education
  • Ideally several years of experience with planning and installation of building technology systems
  • Specialized skills in supply technology, particularly special calculations
  • Good knowledge of relevant DIN regulations
  • Computer skills: CAD, Windows applications
  • Ability to work in a team, creativity and willingness to work across disciplines in a planning team
