Then you might be the Intern we are looking for in our Commercial Purchasing Department.WHAT WE OFFER YOU We offer you a 5-months internship in the Purchasing Department at JYSK Head Office in Aarhus, starting from January, however we are flexible with start date and length of your internship.The internship will give you the chance to work with colleagues and tasks from the following categories: Garden, Indoor Furniture, Duvets/Pillows and Bed Linen/Sheets. We believe in continuous improvement to ensure that JYSK customers always get ‘a great offer’. This is a guiding light for the entire organisation, not least for our Purchasing Department. We focus on sound tradesmanship: Procuring the right article in the right quantity at the very best price. You will work in an international environment where no two days are alike, and you will cooperate with competent, dedicated, and experienced colleagues in an informal environment. WHAT YOUR INTERNSHIP WILL BE ABOUT Your tasks and responsibilities in the internship include:Article registrations and master data maintenanceAnalysis of market data for competitors and customers behaviourAnalysis and presentations for range meetings, sales meetings etc.Follow-up on the quality of deliveries, goods, packaging, barcodes and sample approvalFeedback on inquiries from customers, stores, and other parts of the organisationParticipate in relevant supplier meetings and visitsCommunication of relevant information, both internal and externalAd hoc purchasing tasksYou can read more about our department . WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING We are looking for an Intern who:Currently studies Purchasing, Business Administration or a related field Is motivated by challenges and has a lot of drive and strong work ethicsHas a high-level fluency in English. Danish skills will be regarded as an advantageIs structured and capable of working independentlyCan easily adapt to the changes of a busy workdayIs used to working with Excel and Power Point.
