Environmental & Social Governance Manager (m/w/d)

  • Defining key parameters to measure the ecological footprint of altona Diagnostics
  • Identifying areas/business activities where ecological or social changes could have an impact
  • Developing strategies and concrete projects to improve the ecological footprint of altona Diagnostics
  • Collaborating with departments and subsidiaries to implement these projects
  • Establishing and implementing a reporting structure, including the devlopment of key perfomance indicators
  • Preparing and managing audits (internal and external)
  • Conducting internal training sessions

  • Completed studies in economics, engineering, social sciences, or natural sciences with a focus on sustainability or a comparable specialization
  • Ideally, at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of sustainability
  • In-depth knowledge of EU CSRD and ESRS
  • Diligent and independent work style as well as strong analytical skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, including intercultural competence
  • Strong proficiency in German and good proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Affinity for IT and proficient use of MS Office
