We are looking for a committed and reliable team member to temporarily replace our employee in the commercial department.

  • General commercial administration and organization in the office
  • Quotation preparation, order processing and invoicing
  • Purchasing materials and arranging appointments with suppliers
  • Support with bookkeeping
  • Maintenance and management of customer and supplier data
  • Support in human resources (e.g. time recording, vacation planning)
  • Communication with customers, partners and internal departments
  • Participation in organizational processes and internal projects

  • Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk
  • Professional experience in the commercial sector, preferably in a small or medium-sized company
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of DATEVan advantage
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, organizational talent and strong communication skills

The position is temporary until September 2027 due to a pregnancy replacement.
