With short decision-making processes, a well-coordinated team and high quality standards, we manage projects throughout the German-speaking world.
We are looking for a committed and reliable team member to temporarily replace our employee in the commercial department.
- General commercial administration and organization in the office
- Quotation preparation, order processing and invoicing
- Purchasing materials and arranging appointments with suppliers
- Support with bookkeeping
- Maintenance and management of customer and supplier data
- Support in human resources (e.g. time recording, vacation planning)
- Communication with customers, partners and internal departments
- Participation in organizational processes and internal projects
- Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial clerk
- Professional experience in the commercial sector, preferably in a small or medium-sized company
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of DATEVan advantage
- Independent and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team, organizational talent and strong communication skills
The position is temporary until September 2027 due to a pregnancy replacement.
