We provide financial investment service providers such as commodity, stocks and options trading companies with customer preference insights based on qualitative and quantitative data.
We gather market data mostly through targeted customer experience feedback surveys, mystery shopping and AI based tools to understand what is lacking, what needs to be improved on and also, to monitor ethical compliance within the sector.
We are looking for smart, outgoing and resourceful individuals to join our project team as Research Associates for data gathering and reporting.
Work is remote and thus, requires no commute to an office.
Requirements:
Fluency speaking / writing in English.
Basic use of Microsoft office/reporting tools
Conversant with remote working tools such as Zoom.
