Join our dynamic team as a passionate project manager for customer implementations. In this role, you will work closely with our product management and customer teams and contribute to various aspects of our work:nn

  • nManagement and coordination of software implementation projects from planning to successful implementation.nn

n

  • nDefining project goals, scope and timeline in collaboration with stakeholders.nn

n

  • nCreating and managing project plans, including resource planningnn

n

  • nIdentifying and assessing risks and developing and implementing risk management strategies.nn

n

  • nRequirements management: identifying, documenting, prioritizing and tracking requirements in close collaboration with clients and product managers.nn

n

  • nWork closely with internal teams, customers and external partners to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations.nn

n

  • nBest Practices: Conduct workshops to present Manpower Planning best practices to inspire our customers (planning logics and process).nn

n

  • nSetting up and configuring the WePlan tool together with our clients and validating the planning resultsnn

n

  • nMonitoring progress, identifying delays or deviations and taking action to ensure completion on time and on budget.nn

n

  • nCommunicating project status and results to relevant stakeholders, including regular reporting.nn

n

  • nEnsuring quality assurance and compliance with quality standards throughout the project cycle.nn

n

  • nDevelop training plans and materials and deliver training to end users.nn

n

  • nSupporting the continuous improvement of processes and methods in the area of software implementation.nn

n

nThe ideal candidate will bring experience in working with cross-functional teams and have a strong understanding of user needs and technical capabilities to develop innovative solutions.nn

n

  • nDegree in economics, business administration or comparable qualification.nn

n

  • nProven experience in managing software implementation projects, ideally in the area of personnel planning.nn

n

  • nSound knowledge of project management methods and tools, e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.nn

n

  • nExcellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way.nn

n

  • nStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate our customers’ requirements into planning logicnn

n

  • nTeam-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.nn

n

  • nBusiness fluent in written and spoken German and English.nn

n

  • nFlexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.nn

n

  • nExperience in requirements management and the use of appropriate tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab or similar.nn

n

  • nExperience in personnel planning, training/education planningnn

n

  • nExperience in the transportation and logistics industry or tariff-regulated, personnel-intensive industries with high production complexitynn

n

  • nCertifications in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, are an advantage.nn

n

  • nWillingness to travel as required by the project.nn

n
