VESTIGAS is a fast-growing startup offering a supply chain operating system for the construction industry. Our solution is the digital, independent and legally secure platforn for orders, delivery notes, and invoices. This will allows us to save >10bn € of costs and several million tons of CO2 in Germany alone. VESTIGAS is already used by 6 of the top 20 construction companies and 8 of the top 20 suppliers in the German construction industry.

  • You drive revenue growth and market share for VESTIGAS by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • You develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • You take responsibility for the entire sales process from first contact to closed deal.
  • You build and maintain strongrelationshipswithcustomers and prospects to maximize sales opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
  • You collaboratewith the product and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • You help set and achievesalestargets and other key performance indicators.
  • You manage the salespipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales , preferably in SaaS-Startups and/or the construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communicationskills , with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence buying decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identifynewbusinessopportunities and developsalesstrategies to capitalize on them.
  • Strong grasp of IT-systems and the interplay between different solutions, processes and APIs.
  • Experience managing sales teams and driving performance through coaching and mentoring.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagementskills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills , with the ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Fluency in German is required.
