About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success.

You will work closely with Sales teams, customers, and partners to design solutions, demonstrate the Pimcore platform, and ensure long-term customer success.

Tasks

Your Mission

As a Technical Consultant – Sales & Client Success, you will:

  • Support Sales teams in complex enterprise deals with deep technical expertise
  • Act as a subject matter expert for architecture, integrations, and platform best practices
  • Deliver tailored product demos, including code-level customization for complex use cases
  • Support RFI/RFP processes and develop winning technical solution strategies
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure ongoing success with Pimcore
  • Identify growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and mitigate churn risks early
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to share customer insights

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, Customer Success, or SaaS/PaaS environments
  • Solid understanding of software architectures, APIs, integrations, and data modeling
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as PIM, DAM, CMS, DXP, or eCommerce systems
  • Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5–10%)

Salzburg (Austria), Langenfeld (Germany) or remote in Austria / Germany
