As a Working Student in Software Engineering at SAP LeanIX, you will become an essential part of our experienced team of engineers. You’ll have the opportunity to actively contribute to diverse aspects of our software development life cycle and learn about our SAP LeanIX stack. This role involves contributing to our SAP LeanIX products, developing your technical skills in a dynamic, supportive workplace, and gaining valuable hands-on experience.

What You’ll Do?

  • As part of an empowered software engineering team, you participate in the day-to-day agile software development
  • Apply your theoretical university knowledge to real-world software development
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and lean software development processes.

What you bring

  • Ongoing studies in Computer Science or a related field in the Cologne-Bonn region.
  • Familiarity with programming languages, such as Java, Kotlin, or Typescript, is preferred.
  • Solid academic knowledge of programming principles, software architecture, and data structures.
  • You are reliable, organized, have work proficiency in English and good communication skills (German language not required).
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and eagerness to constantly learn, improve, and stay up to date with current trends.
